SURYASAKTI YOGA is a unique blend of Ashtanga-Vinyasa (first, second and third series), Iyengar and Shivananda yoga styles developed by Diana Colonna Suryasakti. This yoga practice aims to train your body and through that educate your heart, mind and soul. We attempt to integrate physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of yoga practices taken from eastern philosophies and implement them in the modern western lifestyle.
IRENE will be teaching the classes. She is a Suryasakti certified yoga teacher who accomplished the yoga teacher training in 2007 and 2008 in Slovenia while at the same time doing her studies and practice of human rights in the Balkan region. Born in Austria, she has lived many years in different European countries before coming to Barcelona a year ago where she is working now as a translator and pursuing her yogic path.
